Ingredients

45minutes
5-6 servings
  • 10 pieces Potatoes-10 pieces (medium size boiled and cut it half)
  • 6 tablespoonsWhite
  • 1 teaspoonJeera
  • 6Bay leaves
  • 5Kashmiri whole red dry chillies
  • 2 teaspoonsWhole garam masala
  • 1/4cupKhoya kheer
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoonGhee
  • 2 teaspoonsChopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 cupsHot Water

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    Take a tawa, fry the bay leaves, red chillies and whole garam masala all together without oil.

  2. 2

    Keep it aside and make it completely cool.After that make it powder.

  3. 3

    Now take a pan or kadai. Pour the white oil.Add jeera.

  4. 4

    Now little fry the boiled potatoes.After that add the powdered masala,and fry it all together for few minutes.

  5. 5

    Now pour the hot water,and add salt. Stir little.

  6. 6

    After boiling started add the khoya kheer. Stir continuously for 5-6 minutes.

  7. 7

    Switch off the heat. Add ghee and coriander leaves.

  8. 8

    Serve the kheer dom aloo with the paratha.
