In a flour add all the spices. Mix it well.

Add water and simultaneously whisk it so that no lumps may occur. Batter consistency should neither be too thin nor too thick. Now add soda and mix it well.

At on a pan add 3tsp of oil. Heat it a little bit. With the help of spoon pour the batter. Crisp it on a low flame.

Repeat the process for making other pakodis.
