Take flat vessel and seive wheat flour in it.
Add salt.
Now slowly and slowly pour water to it and start kneading the dough.
Tuck it with fingers, smoothen and stretch it many times.
Make it soft and perfect consistency dough.
Check out that It should not be thin nor hard. - 2
Heat the tawa on gas.
Make balls of dough.
Dust wheat flour on rolling board.
Put coated wheat flour ball on it and start flattening it with rolling pin.
Make 6 diameter flat roti.
Now put this roti on hot tawa.
Gas should be on medium flame.
Let it cook 20 % on 1 side.
Then flip it and cook 30 % till light black spots are visible in roti.
Then take out tawa. - 3
Remove roti from it and roast it for fraction on seconds on tawa both the sides.
As soon as it get puff and little light black marks started coming on it.
Drop it in casroll.
Spread desi ghee on it.
And cover it in roti napkin so it will remain soft for 8 to 10 hours.
Roti are ready now and can be serve with any types of dal or sabji.
