Take all flours in a broad bowl. Grate all veggies..

Add all grated veggies into flour. Add ginger garlic chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, sugar, lemon juice, soda and 3-4 tsp oil in it. Mix well to make a smooth dough by adding little water at a time if needed.

Boil a steamer. Grease perforated plate with oil. Grease your hands with oil. Make muthiyas like this and cook in steamer for 25 mins.

When cooked let it cool down completely. Cut into pieces. Heat remaining oil in a pan. Add in dry red chillie, cumin mustard seeds and sesame seeds. Add asafoetida and chopped muthiyas. Mix well and cook on low flame.

Add coriander and serve hot. Our oats veggie muthiya is ready.
