Boil and reduce the milk by continuously stirring and make thick rabri.cool at room temperature.

Now put sugar and water mix it and make sugar syrup.cook atleast 10min add saffron and cardmom powder.

Remove rabri in mixing bowl add wheat flour,paneer and soda rub well then add ghee and make smooth dough

Take small portion from dough and make ball with help of palm avoid cracks,make all like this.

These balls deep fry I medium hot oil or ghee till golden.

Now put all the fry ball in lukewarm sugar syrup for 4-5hrs.

Healthy kalajam is ready for serve.
