Ingredients

  1. 225 gs raising flour
  2. Lrg pinch of salt
  3. 50 gunsalted butter cubed and freezer
  4. 2 tbspcaster sugar
  5. 110 mlwhole milk
  6. Vanilla extract / bean paste?

Steps

  1. 1

    200°c fan

  2. 2

    Place flour and butter into a lrg bowl rub to make breadcrumbs

  3. 3

    Mix in sugar with a knife

  4. 4

    Make a well and add the milk and vanilla

  5. 5

    Mix and Knead on floured surface

  6. 6

    Bring together and cut into squares

  7. 7

    Bake for 12 mins
