Ingredients

  1. For bread dough:
  2. 2 cuprefined flour
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/2 cuphung yoghurt
  5. 1 teaspoonsugar
  6. 2 teaspoonoil
  7. 2 teaspoonbaking powder
  8. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  9. For paneer marination:
  10. 200 gmpaneer
  11. 3 tablespoonyoghurt
  12. 3 teaspoonturmeric
  13. 3 teaspoonred chilli powder
  14. 2 teaspoongarlic-ginger paste
  15. Salt
  16. Pepper
  17. For hot sauce:
  18. Ketchup
  19. Soya sauce
  20. Vinegar
  21. Pepper
  22. Red chilli flakes
  23. Garlic
  24. Crushed green chillies
  25. For garnishing:
  26. Cilantro
  27. Onion
  28. Green Chilli
  29. Lime

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the paneer for 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator

  2. 2

    BBQ the paneer with vegetable or olive oil on medium flame till paneer is finely cooked

  3. 3

    Make the dough and let it rest for 15 mins and roll the dough in round shape and grill the dough till the dough is finely cooked

  4. 4

    Combine all the ingredients of hot sauce and whisp the sauce well in a bowl

  5. 5

    Start making the roll.Take the grilled dough and place 3 to 4 pieces of paneer on the dough and pour a little bit of hot sauce(the flavours of hot sauce will be amazing on the roll).

  6. 6

    Roll the dough and garnish with onion,cilantro,green chillies and lime.
