Marinate the paneer for 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator

BBQ the paneer with vegetable or olive oil on medium flame till paneer is finely cooked

Make the dough and let it rest for 15 mins and roll the dough in round shape and grill the dough till the dough is finely cooked

Combine all the ingredients of hot sauce and whisp the sauce well in a bowl

Start making the roll.Take the grilled dough and place 3 to 4 pieces of paneer on the dough and pour a little bit of hot sauce(the flavours of hot sauce will be amazing on the roll).

Roll the dough and garnish with onion,cilantro,green chillies and lime.
