Preheat oven to 190d,,oil your baking sheet and line it with baking papee

Assemble your ingredients and measure them accordingly

In a bowl, put sieved flour, baking powder, suger, ginger and butter and rub until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs. Add the eggs and knead the mixture together to form a stiff dough.

Shape your dough into small balls of equal size and arrange them in the baking sheet and bake for 10-15mins.Make sure to space them as they will spread when baking.

Cool on a wire rack when ready,, enjoy with a glass of milk or juice.
