Simple and quick chicken roast

Marinate the chicken overnight with lemon, turmeric and salt.

Grind all masala mentioned in the ingredients. For best result use the traditional grinding stone to grind if available.

Now add the ground masala to the chicken well and let it rest for an hour.

Now heat oil in a pan and drop each piece. Keep the flame medium and roast the chicken. Do not over crowd the pan.

Once chicken is well roasted. Remove it on a paper towel. Garnish with sliced onion, tomatoes and lemon and serve it hot.
