I wanted to try this for a long time now after trying out almost so many variations of popsicles. This is an instant one. No prior preparations needed. Just fill and chill. My innovative idea but this time with nothing much to do actually. To sum up it's a two ingredient magic by me. Fresh fruits can also be added. It definitely gives it a lovely taste. But making them with canned Cocktail gives you an advantage of adding some exotic and rarely available Fruits also. Therefore it was my try for a change.
Happy Chilling!

Steps

5-6 hours
  1. 1

Add the Cocktail can to a strainer and let all the preservative syrup get drained thoroughly. Blend half of the Fruit chunks. After done, stir in a little of Cinnamon powder and Honey as well. Do not add it if it's naturally sweet. Mix well. Fill in the popsicle moulds carefully by distributing the fruit pieces equally between each mould.

  2. 2

Mix well and allow it to set for a minimum of 5 hours. You can even use leftover Gulab Jamun syrup while blending Fruit chunks or pieces. Enjoy them super chilled!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
