Green chilli pickle

Wash green chillies and pat dry.

First cut the stalk and then cut into pieces.

Dry roast cumin seeds, methi seeds, saunf, black mustard seeds. Blend in a blender jar to make coarse powder.

Heat oil in a kadhai, turn the flame low, add hing, dry roast powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, mix well.

Add green chillies, mix well. Cook for one mins.Turn off the flame. Add sugar.

Add vinegar, mix well. Let it cool down. Now transfer to air tight container. Green chilli pickle is ready to eat. Enjoy !!!

Tip. expiration date of pickle is 2 months. You can use after 2 to 3 days.
