Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 10eggs
  2. 1 cupgrated cheese (about 100 grams)
  3. 1/2 cupheavy cream (about 100 ml)
  4. Salt, to taste
  5. 3 1/2 ozprovolone or low-moisture mozzarella, diced (about 100 grams)
  6. 10-12green asparagus spears
  7. 10-12 slicesbacon

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the asparagus well with a vegetable peeler to prevent them from becoming stringy. Blanch in salted water for 15 minutes.

    Wrap a slice of bacon around each asparagus spear and place them under the broiler until the bacon is crispy.

    In a bowl, beat the 10 eggs with salt, grated cheese, heavy cream, and diced provolone or mozzarella.
