Pour 4 tablespoons of Oil in Vessel. Once Oil hot, add Fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, mustard seeds and fry. Add small Onion till Onion turns light brown. Then add garlic in this mixture and stir little.

Then, add pinch turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and stir and mix it well. Do this in high flame.

Then, add tamarind water to this mixture and keep it in slow flame. Wait for 20 minutes and stir well. If required, you can also add more water depending upon the cooking style. Now, add salt as per requirement.

Wait for the Kulambu to boil well and wait till it turns like in the picture. You can serve this Kulambu with rice/dosa/idly.
