Corn Paratha

Healthy and yummy.
Served with homemade pineapple jam and jeera alu.
Steps

Wash the corn seeds and grind it to make paste.

In a bowl take all the ingredients written above. Mix it well using hand. Then add required amount of water and make a semi-hard dough. Cover and leave it for 15_20 mins.

Then make small balls and roll it round. Then fold it from four sides to give it a square shape. It can b rolled into various other shape.

Then heat a tawa. Keep paratha on it. Bake it properly from both side flipping it frequently. Spread oil on it. When it's done serve hot with sauce, jam or curry.
