  • 1 cupchopped cabbage
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbspgarlic
  • 1 tbspchilli paste
  • 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1 tbspSeasme seeds

    Firstly chopped the cabbage in large pieces.

    Soak it in water for 30 min.

  3. 3

    Rinse it well. Mix salt and vinegar and again rest it for 30-40 min.

  4. 4

    Now drain excess vinegar through strainer.

    Mix all ing and enjoy with main course.
