It's quick and very easy to make with very less ingredients easily available at home. Once I got bored what to cook for breakfast and than came up with this easy peasy superb fluffy and tasty and healthy too Suji/Rava Dhokla😍😋😋👌👌

In a bowl take suji, curd, green chilli paste, salt and water and mix everything properly to form nice batter. Now keep this to rest for 30 mins

Now add eno and a tsp of water on it and whisk quickly to form nice fluffy batter.

Now in a grease pan add the batter and keep in a steamer for 15-20 mins till dhoklas are nicely steamed. Check by inserting a toothpick, if it comes clear it's done.

Now remove from the steamer and let cooled completely. Once cooled cut them with knife.

For tempering take a tadka pan, add oil and let get hot nicely. Next add, mustard seeds and let it crackle then add sesame seeds, hing curry leaves and 2 green chillies and spread evenly on suji dhoklas. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve with green chutney

It's super easy and quickly prepared with very less ingredients and too tasty and healthy too. You can have it as breakfast or as evening snacks with garam garam chai
