Steps

Boil fresh milk and add cardamom powder,sugar cook till some milk reduce and a bit thick leave on slow flame

In a bowl take all dry ingredients and mix then add ghee and mix lastly made soft dough by adding beaten egg gradually maybe some egg left after mixing

Just after making dough make small ball and put these in fresh milk now keep the flame to medium high

When balls becomes duble in size shake the pan slowly and switch off the flame
