Collect Aloevera gel fron the plant and cut into smaller cubes.

In oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, small onions, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and green chillis one by one as usual.

After the above things are cooked, add aloe vera cubes and along with all spices given above. Add tamarind water and allow it to cook in medium flame until oil separates. Add jaggery if needed.
