Firstly we have to caramelized banana. Heat a oven for 180 c put a banana in the oven with the skin for 15 to 20 mintues. Then remove the skin and grind the banana in puri.

Then heat a pan add milk powder and stir till it turns to golden brown in colour.

Take another pan for chashni add sugar, add water, some cardamom (elaichi) and cinnamon.

Take another bowl and add caramelized milk powder, flour, salt, baking soda, ghee, banana puri, mix it all and roll it into the small balls.

Fry our jamun in oil and add into the sugar chashani and serve it.
