Steps

Firstly,soak ragi flour along with the salt in tamarind water for fifteen minutes, until it sets.

Take a wok,add oil,mustard seeds,green chillies,chana dal urad dal,asafoetida,curry leaf,ginger,and saute them.

Then add,soaked ragi and saute it,then add grated coconut,coriander leaves for garnishing.

Finally add grated paneer and saute it,I have used homemade paneer with half litre of milk.Now ragi paneer upma is ready.
