Steps

In a pan Dry roast Bedgi Mirch, cumin seeds & Coriander seeds for 2 mins remove and grind and keep it aside.

Dry roast Grated coconut, Curry Leaves and Turmeric powder for mins. Grind and keep it aside.

In a karai.heat oil Add Mustard seeds,.Grated ginger & Garlic, Curry Leaves and.onion and saute for 2 mins. Now add Chopped Tomatoes.

Now add the chicken Mix it well. Squeeze the lemon into it. Add salt mix gently now cook for 2 mins. Add the mixture of bedgi Mirch and Mix. Cover and let it cook for 10 mins. Once the Chicken is Cooked add the mixture of Grated Coconut. Mix and let it cook for 2.mins.

Garnish with chopped coriander. Manglorean Chicken Sukka is Ready to Serve. Enjoy with Neer Dosa, Rice or Rice Bhakri.
