Gun Powder (Dry Daal Chutney)

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add everything except hing and salt. Roast it until light pink in colour. Turn off the heat. Let everything cool down.

Add salt and hing. Grind everything to a coarse powder in a mixer grinder.

Gun powder is ready to serve. This gunpowder can be served with Idli and dosa. It is delicious with a drizzle of coconut oil.
