Take a pan add 2 tsp oil.

Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Now add boiled and mashed potatoes.

Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Add water in Idli mold.

Grease idli molds.

Pour some suji mixture, place potato mixture on it and cover with suji mixture.

Now take idli out of mold with knife or spoon.
