Measure and prepare all the ingredients for the recipe. Soak the bread crusts in the milk and cream. Heat a skillet with the olive oil and melt the butter. Sauté the garlic, onion, and bell pepper together.

Add the oregano, black pepper, salt, and chopped cilantro, and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the white wine and cook for 2 minutes to let the alcohol evaporate. Add the crab meat and heat through. Add the soaked bread with milk and cream. Heat. Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.

Divide the crab mixture into 4 ramekins. For the topping, mix 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese with the breadcrumbs and paprika. Sprinkle the cheese topping over the crab mixture. Melt a little butter and drizzle over the topping. Bake in the oven until golden brown. Use the broiler to brown the top. Garnish with crab claws.
