Wash the potatoes and cut in half

In a boil water add potatoes and cook for 10 mins

Drain and rinse with tap water

In a bowl add melted butter, salt, pepper and herbs, mix well

Place the potatoes in a baking dish

With the help of brush spread butter mix on potatoes and sprinkle some cheese
