Delicious everyday dry subzi.. ivy gourd is stuffed with besan & spices mixture, steamed and serve with dal,roti in lunch meal.

Soak ivy gourd in water for 1/2 hour(so your finger don't darkened while chopping it). Discard both sides ends. Slit lengthwise till 3/4 th into 4 parts as shown

In mixing bowl add besan, and all mentioned ingredients for making stuffing. Add oil and mix well.

Stuffed this prepared besan stuffing in slited ivy gourds. Place in small dish. Sprinkle salt and remaining besan mixture on it. Pressure cook/ steam for 3-4 whistles.

As steam escape from pressure cooker, open the cooker lid. Take out cooked ivy gourd plate. In small tadka pan add heat oil add mustard+cummin seeds, white sesame seeds as splutter pour this tadka on stuffed Ivy gourds.

Serve/Relish Delicious Stuffed Ivy Gourds Subzi garnishing with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves,grated coconut.
