Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 1Ripe Sweet Orange
  • 1Salad Cucumber
  • 1Carrot
  • 25 gramsRaisins
  • 1 tablespoonlime juice
  • 1/4 tablespoonKashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoonSalt
  • 25 gramsWalnuts (Optional)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take the pith and peel off from each orange segment and cut into two

  2. 2

    Chop the cucumber and carrots into bite size pieces

  3. 3

    Add salt, chilli powder and lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Add the raisins and toss the salad

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes and Enjoy your salad!
