Pour in your semovita in a container,add in the yeast and baking powder and mix thoroughly

Add in the egg and milk then add warm water to make a thick paste

Keep and allow to rise for about 45-1hr

Grease your masa pan with oil when it is hot add the batter and fry in a medium heat

Serve and enjoy with any stew or sauce of your choice
