Ingredients

1 2 nos
  • 2 nosNenthran pazham
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • Pinch turmeric powder
  • Pinchsoda powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • As required water
  • As required oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all the dry items..

  2. 2

    Add water & mix well like a smooth idli batter.

  3. 3

    Cut bananas into length wise.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a kadai. Dip banana pieces in to the batter & fry golden brown.

  5. 5

    Tasty banana fry is ready to serve.
