4Bread slices
1onion finely chopped
1capsicum finely chopped
1tomato finely chopped
1 cupsemolina
1/2 cupmalai
To tastesalt
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspchat masala
As neededbutter, ghee

Take a bowl add onion, capsicum, tomato, salt,semolina, red chilli powder, chaat masala, malai and mix it and make the mixture.

Take a bread slice spread the mixture on it.

Heat a nonstick pan and apply butter and cook it. Serve it with chutney or tomato ketchup.
