Boiled milk ko thanda karein. Itna karein ke yh bilkul neem gram ho jaey jis mn finger easily dip ho sky

Ab isy aik plastic ya steel ke bowl mn dalen.Is mn dahi add karein or boht achi trah mix kar ke dhakn se cover kar dein.

Kisi aisi jaga py rakhen jahan heat ho. Or wo jga bar bar use na hoti ho. Like kitchen ke kisi cabbad mn rakh dein ya phir dry aaty wali balti mn ehtiyaat se rakh dein. Or cover kar dein

Almost 5 hours mn apka dahi ready hoga. Jo pani upar nikal rha ho usy discard kar dein.

As it as jama hua dahi ka dibba utha ke fridge mn thanda hony ke liey rakh dein. Jab dil chahy mazzy se use karein. Jazak-Allah😊
