Ingredients

30 minutes
6_8 persons
  • 1large mango
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 glasswater
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tspfinely grated ginger
  • 1 tspfinely grated garlic
  • 1 tspgreen jallapeno
  • 1 tspred jallapino
  • 1/4 tsppink salt
  • 1 tbspsaseme seeds
  • 1 tspmalon seeds
  • 1/2 tspkalonji
  • 3_4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbspraisins
  • 1 tspcorn flour

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and peel half ripe mango.

  2. 2

    Chopped into small chunks and add into a sauce pan

  3. 3

    Add some water, sugar, salt, red chilli flakes, kalonji, ginger, garlic, raisins, lemon juice into the sauce pan and cook. Till mango become soft.

  4. 4

    Dissolve cornflour into water and add into mango mixture. When desired consistency achieved than add chopped green and red jallapino, saseme seeds and malon seeds. Cook for 1_2 minutes and turn off flame.

  5. 5

    Take out in a serving bowl and serve with paratha of bread slices or any thing of your choice
