I give a little twist to traditional. Raw mango chutney. I used half ripe mangoes instead of raw mango and add few other ingredients

Wash and peel half ripe mango.

Chopped into small chunks and add into a sauce pan
- 3
Add some water, sugar, salt, red chilli flakes, kalonji, ginger, garlic, raisins, lemon juice into the sauce pan and cook. Till mango become soft.

Dissolve cornflour into water and add into mango mixture. When desired consistency achieved than add chopped green and red jallapino, saseme seeds and malon seeds. Cook for 1_2 minutes and turn off flame.

Take out in a serving bowl and serve with paratha of bread slices or any thing of your choice
