  • 300 gmpaneer
  • 1big onion Finely chopped
  • 1medium onion cut into dice
  • 1big tomato Finely chopped
  • 1/2 inchginger Finely chopped
  • 2 tspCurry leaves
  • 1 tsphaldi/Turmeric powder
  • PinchDeggi Mirch
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspJeera/cumin seeds
  • As neededOil
  • 1/2 cupMalai or cream

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add jeera and finely chooped onion, cook until onions become Brown, add kadi leaves and ginger, and green chilli

    Then add finely chopped tomatoes, add Haldi, pinch of Dheggi Mirch, coriander powder, cook until oil saprate from it, add dice onions, mix well with masala, then add malai

    Take 100 gm paneer mash it and mix it in masala, cook for 2-3 mints, then add remaining paneer cut into dice, mix well, add kasuri Methi and ginger julines, served with Nan aur laccha paranth
