Break the coconut and drain out the water within. Scrap the inner white part.

Put the scrapped coconut into a grinder and grind into a paste adding a bit of water.

Peel of the cardamoms and crush the seeds.Crush the cashews into smooth powder.

Add ghee in a deep based pan and heat gently on a low flame till smells.Add coconut paste and sugar and keep stirring adding waterfrom time to time

As the water dries out add milkpowder, crushed cashew powder and crushed cardamom seeds.Stir till the mixture hardens.

Remove from the flame. Pull out small portions of the mixture and roll within your palms to maje small balls.Chill and serve.
