Another experimental recipe..
This delicious , energy boosting beverage/ drink ..made from warm milk flavoured with anjeer ( dry Fig ) & ripe banana , topping up with white chocolate flakes.
Inspired to create this recipe,by one author frequently mentioning what to make hot & delicious for this contest !!
Hence instead of using cold milk or ice cubes, added warm milk.
Was really delicious and nutritious..as banana and milk are good source of protein & calcium and anjeer good source of protein & iron.

Steps

Chop and soak dry fig in warm water for 1 hour.

Peel and chopped ripe banana add in mixer jar. Add soaked anjeer pieces (dry Fig), warm milk and churn for few minutes.

Pour in serving glass. Grate white chocolate compound on it. Slit on one side of anjeer (dry figs).. place on rim of glass. Serve/ Relish Delicious Anjeer-Banana Milk.
