Steps

Cook the gnocchi in boiling water. once cooked through, drain.

Place tomato soup into saucepan and start heating it, adding the pinch of salt, pepper, chilli flakes and gnocchi as you go. break smoked cheddar into chunks and stir through until it melts throughout mixture.

Pour gnocchi into the baking dish and stir in a dash of BBQ sauce, and can of pineapple until mixed.

Top with BBQ sauce to taste and then top with shredded cheese

Bake in a conventional oven at 18p degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until cooked through and edge of the top cheese has started browning.

Remove from oven, sit for 5-10 minutes to set and cool, then serve!
