Ingredients

1/2 kg- mince Meat
2- Onions
2 tbsp- green chilli-coriander leaves paste
1/2 tsp- Garam Masala powder
1 tbsp-Red Chilli powder
Salt to raste
1 tsp- coriander powder
Egg-1 beaten

Steps

Wash mince meat, drain.
Grind shallow - fried onion and add to mince meat.
Add green chilli-coriander paste.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Marinate for 1-2 hours and shape into balls.

Deep fry on medium flame.
Serve with salad and chutney.
