Ingredients

  • 1 litremilk
  • 2 cupsmango puree
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspmango essence

    Boil milk and keep on simmer.

    Stir constantly.

  3. 3

    When thickens add sugar and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add essence

  5. 5

    When it becomes on room temp, add mango pury and churn it.

  6. 6

    Now put in the kulfi mould.

  7. 7

    Freeze for 6 hrs.
