Potato Chip Chicken Wings:

I recommend using the original flavor of the snack (red packaging). I really enjoy eating this Taiwanese snack, and whenever friends go to Taiwan, I ask them to bring some back as a souvenir. There are so many ways to enjoy it!

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Thaw the chicken wings and make two cuts on each side (optional) to help absorb the flavors. Add the marinade and mix well. Marinate for 1-2 hours (longer for more flavor).
- 2
Prepare the potato chips by crushing them. Coat the marinated chicken wings in flour and then in beaten eggs, repeating the process twice, and finally coat with crushed potato chips (preheat the oven to 350°F for 5 minutes).
- 3
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, grease it lightly, and place the chicken wings on it, or use a rack to separate the wings from the tray (as shown in the picture).
- 4
Bake in the oven at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

This is something totally different than what I usually make. This recipe is not for weightwatchers. But if you have a family member (or a husband) that likes to buy potato chips but just eats a little and leaves it forgotten in the cupboard then this recipe is perfect for you, as long as the potato chips are not expired yet. 사린린 Sa Rinrin -

Easy! Tasty! Sweet Potato Chips Easy! Tasty! Sweet Potato Chips
When I added soy sauce, these became even tastier than I expected!!They were also a hit with my friend, and when I shared the recipe with her, her family also raved about them.Could it be that soy sauce is the taste of comfort for Japanese people?!- If sliced too thinly, the chips will be too oily, so slice to a substantial thickness.- To drain the excess oil, spread on a sheet of newspaper.- Adjust the amount of sauce to the sweetness of the potato, or to whatever you prefer.- If deep-fried for too long, they'll become bitter, so be careful!! With a Pan! Asian Sweet Potato Chips With a Pan! Asian Sweet Potato Chips
My dad came up with this recipe and eats as a snack.Slicing the potatoes thinly as much as you can for a crunchy texture. It won't cook well if the slices dries out on the surface, so start cooking right after you slice them.I use a knife to cut the potatoes so there are a few thick ones. But they are like soft chips? and good too. Recipe by Royalhamy cookpad.japan
