I like potato chips like Pringles and Chitato..but sometimes the flavor is too savory for me coz of all the MSG they added..so i decided to try and make it myself without adding MSG.

Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 2 kglarge tes potato/yellow potato
  2. 3 tspsalt
  3. 1/2 tspcooking vinegar
  4. 1 literwater
  5. 1 litercooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potato and wash it clean,put it into water

  2. 2

    Slice the potato into thin layer (I used potato slicer)

  3. 3

    Rinse the potato layer twice to remove the starch

  4. 4

    Prepare a large amount of water in a pot, put salt n vinegar. Bring the water to the boil. Turn off the heat.

  5. 5

    Boil the potato slices into the salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Then rinse the potatoes

  6. 6

    Heated a large amount cooking oil

  7. 7

    Deep fry the potato slices until it's light brown and crispy
