Paalak patta chaat is one recipe that is very common and enjoyed by all. Here I have added a twist of sattu flour with perfect mix of flavours and it tastes amazing. Here is an easy and different paalak patta chaat recipe that everyone will love enjoying at your home as an evening snack.

Take a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients together, chana sattu flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, baking powder, hing and salt. Pluck and wash each spinach leaf carefully and keep them in a plate

Add water to this mixture, stir it well and make a fine batter without any lumps.

Now take a deep frying pan, heat oil, dip each spinach leave into the batter, and fry them until they turn golden brown or crisp.

Now take a serving plate, place the fried spinach leaves separately

Now top each fried leaf with the red chilli powder and matra

Pour generous amount of curd, sweet and green chutneys, now sprinkle some chaat masala, cumin powder, fried bhujiya along with the coriander leaves.
