Mummy made pav bhaji , my favourite dinner after a long harsh week of a student's life

Firstly, heat a wok or kadhai then pour in 5tbsp of oil and let heat up

When heated well, put in chopped chillies and chopped onions and ginger garlic paste to it,and cover the wok.

Side by side boill vegies like capsicum, and cauliflower, until 8 mins, and strain and keep.

After 3-4 mins when the onions turn white, put on the chopped tomatoes, and cover the lid again for anothe 3mins.

Open the lid, and put in the spices, first red chilli powder, little turmeric, coriander powder and pav haji masala, and salt according to taste

Mix the spices wlth a spatula and put in the cooked veggies, and again stir in, the mashed potatoes

Now add the glass of water

When the mixture starts to bo and bubble,then add the fine cubes of paneer, or when the mixture is completely cooked

After mixing well switch off the flame.chopped coriander on the dish for garnishing.

Now you can take chopped onions to use for topings,cut lemons into 4 pieces

For frying the bav, take a pan, heat it well, add ghee or butter and place 2 half cut pavs on the pan and let it sizzle on all sides, add butter as required,and remove from flame,heat others in similar fashion.

Pav bhaji is best served hot, and alonngs side chopped onions and a piece of lemon.
