we all need to make it a habit of consuming turmeric milk at least once a day....for better immunity .

Steps

In a sauce pan add 1cup of milk and half cup of water

Add a teaspoon of turmeric
- 3
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.(you can also add honey instead of sugar but only when you serve)

Add cinnamon ½inch stick or powder,
crushed black pepper,
crushed ginger
and 2 to 3 tulsi leaves - 5
Keep stiring untill you get a boil,

Strain it in a glass or cup and serve hot

You can also make kada of the same ingrediants, just replace milk with water
