So at first u have to cut all vegetables in jullion cut break the speghatties and cut cubes of chicken then take a deep pan add 4glass water and let it heat when bubbles came add speghatties and 1tbsp of salt and let it boil

After 10 to 15 mints when speghatties are done rince water and add 1tbsp of oil and mix and put aside so they will not stick with each other... Now start the Marination of chicken by adding 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1tbsp of soya sauce, 1tbsp cornflour and half tsp of black pepper

Mix all ingredients of chicken and left for 10 mints.. Then add 1/3cup oil in a wok and add marinated chicken stir and cover left for 5 mints

Then add chopped garlic and stir and cover for 15 mints until chicken tenderize and fried...

Then add chopped carrots, capsicum, spring onion, and cabbage stir for 2 to 3 mints

Now take a bowl add 3tbsp of soya sauce 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce and 1tsp chowim seasonings

Then add 1tbsp honey 1tbsp vinegar and 3 to 4 tbsp of chilli garlic sauce

Mix it well then add in the wok stir for 3 to 5 mints then add boiled speghatties and mix

Further cook for 5 mints then serve...
