In a pan heat oil. Add zeera and button red chillies to it.

Once the zeera is crackled then add tomatoes and potatoes and the spices mentioned. Give it a good mix

Now add very little water and cover and cook until potatoes are tender

Uncover and cook until oil comes on top.

Serve hot with paratha and tea ❤
