Ingredients

1 hr and 20 mins total prep to refrigerating
4 to 6 people
  • Shredded Chicken (left over)
  • 2Apple
  • 1Pear
  • Elbow macaroni 1 cup (boiled)
  • 1 cupCucumber
  • 1 cupPineapple
  • 1/4 cupCashew nuts
  • 1/4 cupCocktail peanuts
  • 1 CupMayonnaises
  • 1/4 cupSour cream
  • 3 tbspCondensed milk
  • to tasteBlack pepper
  • Salt1/2 tsp (as mayonnaise has a salt)
  • Cranberry Raisins

Steps

1 hr and 20 mins total prep to refrigerating
  1. 1

    First cut the apples, pear, cucumber and pineapple in small cubes.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, add all these fruits and shredded chicken and macaroni.

    Now add cashew and peanuts in it.

  4. 4

    Mix it well with a spoon.

  5. 5

    Add mayonnaise, sour cream, condensed milk, raisins,black pepper and salt.

  6. 6

    Mix it well.

  7. 7

    Refrigerate for 1 hr and serve.
