Steps

In a Pan add Ghee/Oil. Add Onion and lightly fry it until golden brown. Take them out in a bowl when fried.

In the same Ghee/Oil. Add Ginger Garlic Paste. Mix and add Mutton in it. Mix until Chicken's colour turnes White.

Add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Nihari Masala, All Spices Powder and Mix everything together.

In a Blender add Yoghurt, and Fried Onions. Blend everything together.

Add the Blended Yoghurt and Onions in the Mutton Mixture. Mix for 4 minutes.

Add Water in it. Mix it. Cover and Cook for 20 minutes on Medium Flame.

In another pan add Plain Flour. Roast it until colour turnes brown.

Now See your Mutton. Uncover it and Mix Well.

Add 1 Cup Water in the Flour. Whisk it.

Add the Flour and Water in the Mutton. Stir in between.

Cover and Cook for 10 minutes on very low flame.

Nihari is ready. Time to Serve it.
