  • Flour
  • Tomato paste
  • Egg
  • Powder chill pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Ginger (powder)
  • Maggi
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    It's very simple to make

    Get a bowl crack your eggs add tomato paste, pinch of salt, seasonings then mix together very well set it aside. In another bowl get 2cups all purpose flour sieve it add powder chill pepper,ginger, black pepper pinch of salt mix it all together

  3. 3

    Take your fresh chicken put in your egg mixture bring out then roll it in your flour ensure the flour cover all the chicken skin then fry in hot oil make sure your heat Is not much so that your chicken can cook very, fry left and right side. Till your chicken brown.

I am now a certified chef and I have trained a lots of students on this aspect too.I have a school called DA PRINCESS KITCHEN AND CULINARY CONCEPT in Ibadan Oyo State, Nigeria.
