Steps

Crush marie biscuits with the help of mortar and pestle.

In a bowl add crushed biscuits and butter. Mix and set in a tray. Chill for about 25-30 mins

In a bowl add cream cheese whish until fluffy. Add whipping cream and mix again until a batter is a bit thicker.

Add sugar and mix. Now add mango puree and mix again.

Add lemon juice mix and set aside.

In a bowl add gelatin and water. Let it bloom amd mix until it is dissolved.

Add gelatin in cream Cheese mixture and mix well.

Pout the batter in baking tray and heat hard on surface to remove any air bubbles.

Spoon mango purre randomly on top and make a swirling pattern.

Refrigerate overnight for best result.take out and it's ready to serve
