Knead smooth dough by taking flours and adding water as needed put some oil and salt to enhance taste keep rest for some time.

Now roll round shape roti with help of roller pin and place on hot tawa on one side and flip the other side till fluffy by making low flame to high direct flame facing.

Finally, our hot fulkas are ready you can place some clarified butter ghee over it and are ready to serve with vegetable curry.
